Returns & Exchanges

At Pink Desert, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand if a style isn't the perfect fit. We offer returns for store credit or exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or receive Pink Desert store credit for your return.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the package off at any USPS location.

• 4.
  Get Your Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
